Professional with more than 30 years of experience, who has worked in various mining companies such as Minera Escondida, El Indio of Barrick Gold, and in Sierra Gorda SCM as General Superintendent of Engineering, Mine Manager and Plant Manager.

Doctor in Work Psychology with postgraduate degrees in Human Resources Management (HR) and Labor Relations, with more than 10 years of experience in various areas of Human Resources, both in public and private organizations, small and large companies of different sectors, in countries like Poland and Spain. For almost 5 years at KGHM, he was responsible for HR projects. HH. at the Rudna underground mine in Poland. In 2022 she was recognized as “Executive of the Year” by Women in Mining (WIM), for her outstanding career in the mining industry.

He has an outstanding career of more than 20 years in the industry, serving as a Management Control Engineer, Contract Superintendent and Supply Control Leader in the mining industry. She is an Engineer in Computer Science and Legal Management of Purchases and Contracts from EAFIT University, Colombia; Specialist in Business Management from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, Colombia; with a Diploma in Business Management for Mining from the University of Chile. Additionally, at BHP he held the position of Category Management Superintendent and Global Supply Improvement Manager. Later, at South32 he served as Category Leader and Supply Operations Manager in Cerro Matoso.

A professional with more than 15 years of experience in Financial Management both of local and international regulations. He holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from the Warsaw School of Economics, and an MBA in Management and Business in Mining Industry from Universidad de Chile. He has served as Finance and Supply Chain Manager at Myra Falls Mining Company (Canada) and Finance Manager at Sierra Gorda SCM.
Rocío Amarilla Páez

Lawyer, Master in Law and Economics from the Université Paris I Sorbonne (France) and MBA from the University of Adelaide (Australia). He has vast professional experience with more than 15 years dedicated to the mining industry, working in commercial and legal areas in companies in Australia and Chile. Since 2015 he has been part of Sierra Gorda SCM and since 2022 he has held the position of Attorney General. In 2023 and 2024 she was included in the Legal500 ranking of outstanding lawyers in Chile.
