Thanks to the “Commitment in Motion” campaign, contractor companies created a new avenue of support for the community by paying their motor vehicle taxes in the Municipality of Sierra Gorda. Antofagasta, April 2026. A total of 2,400 vehicles, belonging to twelve contractor companies of Sierra Gorda SCM, contributed more than $625 million to the Municipality of Sierra Gorda.

Once again, the company has voluntarily reached collective agreements with its workers and supervisors, which will remain in force until 2029. Antofagasta, April 1, 2026. Following an early negotiation process carried out between December 2025 and March 2026, Sierra Gorda SCM and its three workers’ and supervisors’ unions agreed on the collective agreements for the 2026–2029 period.
